Warranty Process

  • Step 1

    Please send the warranty claims, including an order screenshot (order number and purchasing time), photos or a video of the defective device and a full description about the defect of the product to email: help@lifezoomglobal.com

  • Step 2

    Please ship the defective device to our warehouse after receiving a return shipping label once the warranty claim is confirmed.

  • Step 3

    Get the warranty service, either repair or a replacement, and wait for the delivery.

*All accessories or kits can only be replaced or repaired once.

Exclusions and Limitations

  1. This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, like physical damage to the equipment, water damage or failure to use the equipment according to instructions, etc.
